Fedra Sans has a generous letter width and spacing—typical features of fonts that take the computer screen into consideration. This addition to the type family is a condensed version meant to complement Fedra Sans. Fedra Sans Condensed Alt has a number of modified characters (short ‘f’, spectacles ‘g’, no diamond dots, closed ‘P’, ‘b’, ‘6’, ‘9’, and streight leg of the ‘k’ and ‘R’) and is intended mainly for print, where differentiated letter widths can be helpful when setting complex texts. The font can obviously be used on its own as a space saving typeface.
